Main uses:
1. Used as working fastening
① In order to prevent crinkled phenomenon, mock stitching is adopted in dress manufacturing process. However in later de-fragmentation period, much labor splitting is needed. But by the use of 40 degree water soluble yarn in mock stitching, not only shell fabric evenness is improved, labor and time is saved as well.
② 40 degree water soluble sewing thread is also used to sew clothes collection bags in washhouse. Water-soluble sewing thread dissolves in water at certain temperature. By the use of this, labor resource can be saved and clothes are washed together with collection bags.
③ In garment factory, it is used to play the function of terminal sewing. In later de-fragmentation period, water soluble sewing thread dissolves in low temperature water, which reduces labor and time.
2. Be used as separation yarn
① It is used to separate fine narrow lace textiles to gain beautiful lace. Meanwhile manufacturing efficient is improved and product damage is reduced.
② It is used to separate omasum lace to gain omasum textile effect. And there are some advantages as simple manufacture process, saving time and labor, and reducing cost.
③ It is used to separate socks. 40 degree water soluble yarn is used in sock producing process to achieve socks separation effect, which effectively saves labor, time and cost.
④ It is used to separate finishing net. By the use of 40 degree water soluble yarn, high quality fishing net is produced and working efficient is improved.
3. It is used in fishing industry. In fishing process, fishing net weaved by water soluble yarn is used to hold fishing bait, which allows the fishing bait to be scattered into appointed area. Therefore fishing gear and cost can be saved.
4. It is used in the manufacturing process of high-grade cloth. 40 degree water soluble yarn is used to achieve special design effect. And compare with high temperature yarn, better cloth effect can be achieved and damage on cloth is reduced.
5. It is used in autolysis bag sealing. In cold water, water soluble sewing thread is soluble and bag will open then material in bags will dissolve in water. It is widely used in pesticide, dyeing, water treatment, annexing agent, fertilizer field and etc.
6. It can be used together with cashmere to produce high count yarn.
