Mechanical characteristics



 



1. With the function of slow bending and slow retreat, it can effectively improve the accuracy and speed of bending.



2. The mold adopts Cr12MOV and 42CrMO forging materials, which have the characteristics of high hardness, wear resistance, and long service life, greatly improving the stability of the equipment.



3. The elbow is driven by hydraulic pressure, which is strong and powerful;



4. The corner and feeding are driven by servo motors, which are fast and accurate;



5. It can store multiple sets of processing programs simultaneously and can be flexibly switched, facilitating the processing of a wide variety of products and greatly improving production efficiency;

2. During the warranty period, upon receiving the service request notification, promptly respond by phone. The maintenance personnel shall arrive at the site within 48 hours. During the warranty and after-sales service process, the maintenance personnel shall ensure that the fault is not eliminated and shall not leave the site until they are satisfied



 



3. After the warranty period expires, promptly respond by phone upon receiving notification of service requirements. Acceptance and training



 



1. Factory acceptance
